Chances are that your great-grandfather was possibly an uncle of my grandfather, but I am not sure about it I will have to check with my father. What is your father's name? I could ask my father about any relations. From what I understand there are 2 families of Cuginis still in San Donato (both distantly related). There was a third but that family all left the town. When was your great -grandfather born? That might help figure out what family it is.
As for Piselli, I don't know quite as much. Again I can ask my father about your grandfather and who he was related to (my father is a recent immigrant from San Donato which is why he is such a good resource).
I'll do a bit of asking around and see what information I can get!
