My grandfather Mario DiFazio immigrated from Alvito
to Chicago around 1912. His sister Domenica Puzzuti
remained in Alvito while the rest of the family
immigrated to Vitry, France. A brother Louigi is still
alive and resides in Choisy-le-roi France. We stay in
contact with the family there and I have made several
trips to Alvito and France over the years.
