I cannot help you with the Panetta family but the town you are looking for is Villa Latina which is next to Atina. Cassino is the major town about 15 minutes drive south of Atina and Cassino itself is basically in the middle between Rome and Naples in Cantral Italy.

Villa Latina is a very small village and some pictures of the village and church can be seen on the site http://www.dragonetti-family.com

I wish you luck in your search for Panetta family. I have a Panetta ( Anna Panetta ) from Villa Latina in my family past but way back in time.
