While I was in San Donato this past November, everyone that I had spoken with confirmed that the cemetary does not have a name. They just call it "cemetario". There is a church around the corner from the cemetary, and there is a chapel located within the cemetary. The cemetary is not named after a Saint or anything like that. I went to the cemetary and I saw a few "Farinas", but I did not remember the date that Luca had died as I had forgotten to write it down. There were quite a few though.
