Trip to Rome

I am going to Rome on the 26th of March and want to take a day trip to San Donato to search for my father's relatives. His father was Nunzio Quintiliani and mother was Loretta Yanitelli. Both imigrated to Boston around 1920 and they had seven children. My father's name was Tom and he and my mother did get to San Donato sometime in the late 60's. My youngest daughter will be coming with me and we are excited about meeting family.
If anyone can give me any info about relations or how to get to San Donato when we get to Rome it will be greatly appreciated.
