Looking for info on Fella / Fello family name

Name of individual who moved to England in early 1900's. NAme of individual was Julio or possibly Gulio (Other possble spellings). Served in Italian Army prior to moving to England.

When he moved to England he married Maria Palazzi from Chiavari, Italy.
