Caserta was a PRovince in those times and there is a San Giuseppe but no Gizzi currectly living there. There are convents everywhere, have you checked the catholic church websites? If you obtain the marraige certificate from Villa Latina it will almost certainly have her correct place of birth and her mother's birth surname.
