Unless the Mormons microfilmed this particular year (and they didn't get past 1865 in most towns) the only way is to write direct to the town (in Italian) and hope they get round to sending it to you. Or you can ask someone in Italy to go there and get it for you. I am a researcher living in the Province of Frosinone.
