I am a researcher living near Colle San Magno. It is a very small town in the mountains. There are still Testa and Raso families there but unless you speak Italian it is unlikely you will hear from them. Pedro (probably Pietro as Pedro is more SPanish than Italian). To trace living relatives you need to know who stayed in Italy and have done the research backwards to the previous generation so that you know the names of THEIR brothers and sisters.
