De Filippis & Bastianelli from Sant'Elia Fiumerapido

My grandparents: Giovanni Defilippis and Francesca Defilippis (maiden name Bastianelli) were married in Sant'Elia Fiumerapido in July 1878. Can anyone give me an address in Italy to which I can write, to try to get a copy of their marriage certificate. Their eldest son Francis was born in Italy but they came to England between 1879-1887 then moved to Glasgow, Scotland about1891. I have also been trying in vain to get passenger lists for the ships that left Italy for England between 1879-1887. If you can help, Many Thanks
