I am a researcher living about 40 kilometres from Arnara. The civil records for Arnara are available from 1874 - 1898 on microfilm and from 1899 to now at the city hall in Arnara. Prior to 1874 you would need to consult church records. Arnara was part of the Papal states and did not keep civil records until after the unification of Italy. If you need help obtaing the certificate, which will have all four names and maiden names of the women, since Italian women do not assume their husband's name, please email me at atatangelo@hotmail.com
