You have a problem. The records on microfilm at the LDS are 1809 - 1865. Everything in the town of Pastena before 1900 was destroyed in the last war.
There are still 19 De Lellis families living in Pastena. You need to know Virgilio's father's name and hope his Grandfather was named Virgilio so you can continue to trace the family in the microfilms.
