I assume you live in England. There are many Family History Centres there where you can view the birth, marraige, death certificates on microfilm. Unfortunately you must arrive at 1865 first. If you need help getting there I am a researcher living near Pescosolido and could get the certificates you would need to continue your research past 1865.
