Searching for Giammetta - Palazzo in Castelmezzano

Am looking for family members Giammetta or Palazzo.
Michele Giammetta left Castelmezzano in 1897 for USA. (Upon arrival he stayed with a brother, Rocco, already in the USA.
We think Michele had 5 brothers but are not sure. His wife Meria (sp?) Palazzo and their son John (Giovanni-?) left Italy in 1898 to join him in NY, USA.
Would like to find any family still living in this area as I am planning a trip in the fall of 2003 and would like to meet them.
Any information to share would be greatly appreciated.
