Zappella/Megale family from Melfi

I am tracing my grandfather's family. His name was Gaetano Zappella the son of Salvatore Zappella and Maria Megale, born in Melfi in 1874. He emigrated to New York in 1902. I am trying to see if I have any relations remaining in the Potenza Province. I seem to find the surname Zappella in Milan, Bologna and Bergamo.
