My mother's name was Santoro. Her parents were Dominico and Rosamaria Santoro. Her name was Anna Maria Santoro. Unfortunately, she never talked much about where her parents immigrated from in Italy. My father said Anzi (which is in Potenza), but she never discussed it. She passed away in 1981 and now I wish I knew. My father came from Bonea in Benevento and I was able to visit his home town. My Santoro grandparents came to the USA in the 1980's and lived in Waterbury, Connecticut. After many years they moved to Chicago. They had five children, Tony, Rocco, Salvatore, Angela and Anna Maria (my mother). If any of this rings a bell, please respond.
