Hello Tanya, Some information to share if you haven't seen it.
A possible May 18, 1904 manifest (The Konig Albert) has Giovanni Bisciotti, (Line 29) age 44,
coming to Pittsburg to visit family at 204 Bambry St. The manifest say's his first trip to America was 1881.
He says he is from Vastogirardi, Province Isernia, Molise, Italy

If you want to do this research in Italy, take the following information

to a Family History Center near you
https://www.familysearch.org/locations

and rent the film containing the records you want to see.
The notes on these records say Microfilm dei registri originali nell'Archivio di Stato,Isernia

Hope some of this helps,
Paul
