Researching Mancini and Angelini from Campli

I am researching my ancestors Antonio Mancini and Elena Angelini. Both were born in 1885, married and had two children in Campli before emigrating to U.S. in 1909. Son Arnold and daughter Adele were born in 1907 and 1906 in Italy. Searching for church, birth, marriage and any family information from Campli. I was told that Antonio was a silk farmer.
